Nice thought but isn't this too intellectual? I'd model it more on fraternities. You have to get them when they are still young. You have a kind of Rush where you have get-togethers. You vote on who becomes a pledge. The pledges go through a certain period of orientation. No violent hazing of course. There is a book that lists the various virtues that the pledges study. There is an initiation ritual (very important). They pass a kind of ordeal or quest. There needs to be rituals, even secret handshakes. All based on Greco-Roman/Christian tradition.

Thank you for "template". I founded and managed the GK Chesterton Society of Santa Monica for five years. Started out with five, ended with over 100+ "signed up", which, on average, resulted in 9 showing up for the gathering, which was held once a month in the back room of Ye Old King's Head pub. Resounding success. Escaped LA in late 2020; need to set up something here in Big Sky Country. Different demographic, however; so, what you've elevated will be most useful for my purposes.
